My phone rings this morning and it's Bostongirl, (yeah, yeah, no need for your smartass "shocked face" looks). Anywoo, she asks me if I have been to Robsessed this morning. Apparently, the makeup team on the Bel Ami set has done a bang up job making Rob look old and tattered, at least we hope that's just a good makeup job, otherwise he looks flat out spent!
So, as I perused through the pics, a thought occurs, the same thought I had when going through Bel Ami pics a couple days ago. He sort of looks like a.... VAMPIRE! If you didn't know any better, you could almost mistake this for the set of an old Dracula film. Am I wrong?
Seriously, is it just me or does Rob look more like a vampire in these recent Bel Ami pics than he did in the last couple of Twilight movies? Maybe Summit should employ the talents of the Bel Ami makeup team for Breaking Dawn? Just a thought.
In other news...
Rumors are floating around that Bill Condon, director of Chicago and Dreamgirls could be in some sort of pre-negotiation talks to direct Breaking Dawn. This hasn't been confirmed by Summit so I have no clue if this is fact or fiction. But when I heard the news, all I could think of was Bella and Edward busting out across the meadow in full musical style song and dance.
Then of course my perved out, fanfic overloaded brain immidiately went to...
OMG...I had this totally fucked up fantasy of Edward Cullen brooding through the Cullen House in fish nets and guarders...WTF??? OMG...please let me apologize for that visual. I must go bleach my brain now.
But seriously, anyone else thinking that although Bill Condon is an award winning director maybe he just isn't the director for Breaking Dawn? Hmm?
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on director choices and the Bel Ami vampness so leave me your comments...even if it's to tell me to lay off the sauce. I can handle it!
