Edward Cullen vs. Dylan McKay

Is Edward Cullen the New Dylan McKay?

In the 1990's Dylan McKay a.k.a. Luke Perry was the sexy bad boy on 90210 (the original series). He was the very definition of a "HOT MESS"!

Sound familiar?

Just like Edward Cullen a.k.a. Robert Pattinson, Dylan McKay was a brooding bad boy with bedroom eyes, a slew of secrets and a big bank account but it doesn't stop there. The similarities between these two squeelicious, sexy men are pretty freaky. Check this out!

Dylan McKay drove a porsche

Rob Pattinson drives a porsche

Dylan McKay was in the middle of a love triangle between Kelly Taylor and Brenda Walsh

Edward Cullen is in a love triangle with Bella Swan and Jacob Black

Luke Perry was the hottest memeber of a super sexy cast

Robert Pattinson is the most lickable in a cast of hotties

There's more after the jump.....

Luke Perry looked damn good in a pair of shades

Robert Pattinson put Ray-Ban back on the map by covering his pretty peepers

Luke Perry was in his twenties when he started playing the roll of  seventeen year old Dylan McKay

Robert Pattinson was in his twenties when he started playing the roll of seventeen year old Edward Cullen

Dylan MCkay's on screen love interest was Kelly Taylor, played by Jennie Garth

Edward Cullen's on screen dad, played by Peter Facinelli, is married to Jenni Garth

And last but not least......

When I was seventeen years old I was obsessed with Luke Perry/Dylan McKay

Seventeen years later I am obsessed with Robert Pattinson/Edward Cullen

The "Unhealthy" Moral of the Story: An obsessed fan can find just about anything to relate one obsession to another, if she tries hard enough! Hehehe!

I was watching NM las night and had the realization that Edward and Dylan are the same person. Googled to see if I was the only one. Glad to know I am not the only crazy one.
